Sakile Properties is Kenya Power Pension Fund’s property development brand, and the vehicle through which the Fund invests its members’ contributions in the real estate sector. The Fund owns two commercial buildings namely Stima Plaza (Kenya Power’s Headquarters) situated along Kolobot Road in Parklands, and Umeme Plaza, off Riara Road. It has has also developed residential houses for sale purposes including Runda Park  and  Loresho Ridge which have already been sold out, as well as Bogani in Karen and Kirichwa Place in Kilimani, whose sales are ongoing.
