He is the CEO & Trust Secretary and Secretary to the Board. He joined Kenya Power Pension Fund in June 2015. He has over 15 years’ experience in finance, accounting, investment and management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

She joined the fund in April 2023. She is a seasoned CPA -K with over 18 years’ experience in the areas of financial management, investments and strategy executed within public, private and multinational settings. She holds a Master of Business Administration -Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. She is a member in good standing of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

She joined Kenya Power Pension Fund in January 2020. She has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource and Administration Management in both Public and Private sector. She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Education degree, Higher National Diploma in HRM, and certificates in Senior Leadership Development Program (SLDP) and Trainer of Trainers (T.O.T). She received a Commendation Award from JICA in 2010 for her remarkable contribution to Women empowerment. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).

She joined Kenya Power Pension Fund in May 2015. She has over 18 years’ experience in Pension Scheme Administration, insurance, client relationship management and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Human Resources) Degree, and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII). She is a Chartered Pension Analyst Manager (CPAM) and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

He joined the Fund in 2005. He has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, project management and pension administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma in Human Resources Management (KNEC), as well as a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya. He is a Chartered Pension Analyst Manager (CPAM) and a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).

He joined Kenya Power Pension Fund in March 2012. He has over 13 years’ experience in Property management, valuation and Project management. He holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Economics. He has a post graduate diploma from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. He is also a full member of The Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (M.I.S.K), and a Registered and Practicing Valuer and Estate Agent (RV & REA).

She is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA K), and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IAFBM) and the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK). She is also a Master Financial Controller (MFC).

He holds a Master of Science (MSC) in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi. He holds certifications in project Management (PMP®), ITIL, Linux Systems Administration (Linux Professional Institute), Cisco networks (CCNA) among other professional certifications. He is a member of IEEE Computer Society and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

She joined Kenya Power Pension Fund in October 2024. She has over 12 years of experience in Legal Advisory, Corporate Governance, and Board Management services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kenyatta University. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Notary Public, a Certified Secretary (CS), and an accredited Legal and Governance Auditor. She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries, the Institute of Directors (Kenya), and the Law Society of Kenya, Women on Boards and the Data Privacy and Governance Society of Kenya (DPGSK). Additionally, she holds numerous certifications in Data Privacy, Risk Management and FIDIC contracts.
