As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, the Fund runs an Orphan Trustee Program (OTP) from the Group Life Insurance benefits of the deceased, to ensure that there is continuity in their children’s education. Prudent management of these funds is paramount to the Scheme to ensure children complete their education with minimal interruption. These funds can only be used for purposes of continuing with education and not any other projects e.g construction etc. The accounts are only closed once the children have completed their education and proof of the same is provided.
