Member Satisfaction Survey

Kenya Power Pension Fund (KPPF) has contracted M/S Stan Consulting Group Ltd, a research consulting firm, to carry out a Member Satisfaction Survey aimed at collecting feedback, understanding member’s experiences with the Fund’s services and identifying areas of improvement.

The survey will be conducted between Monday 2nd February and Friday 6th February 2026 through an online questionnaire for members who are on email, telephone calls as well as physical visits to selected offices and stations where members are based. Members are requested to provide honest and frank responses.

The survey findings will be crucial in helping the Fund enhance service standards and meet member expectations more effectively. Kindly feel free to participate as received data will be treated with utmost privacy and confidentiality. Your cooperation and participation will be appreciated.
