The Fund continues to enjoy appreciation in value from its properties, receive rental income as well as gain on sale of houses.

We own fully occupied commercial buildings like Stima Plaza and Umeme Plaza situated along Kolobot Road in Parklands and Naivasha road in Lavington area respectively. Stima Plaza is currently the headquarters of Kenya Power and it also hosts key tenants like banks, clinics and others.
To contribute further to shaping our members investments and future, we have also participated in the development of houses for commercial purposes. Notably, Runda Park estate which comprises 39 town houses on ½ acre plots was the pioneer project that was completed in the year 2012.The entire project has been sold to members of the public.
Currently we have also finished construction in Loresho approximately 11 kilometres West of Nairobi CBD. This gated community estate is known as Loresho Ridge and which constitutes 11 blocks of apartment with 67 apartments, 12 Villas, 15 type A town houses, 54 type B town houses, 13 type C Houses, a commercial centre comprising 4 two bedroom apartments, 4 shops, a swimming pool, changing rooms and a management office and kindergarten. A few units for sale are still remaining.

The DC Fund has developed Bogani Park in Karen which is a high end housing project which was completed in May 2017. Bogani Park is a premium residential development on Bogani Road in Karen consisting of 45 four and five bedroom luxury town houses set on individual half-acre plots. The development has been conceived as an ‘English Country Estate’ in its design, layout and aesthetic. There are 3 house types to meet a diverse market and provide a village characteristic to the project. Other facilities and services include; a clubhouse, swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms, gym, 24 hour manned gatehouse, secure perimeter, backup generators and an onsite borehole.

The DC Fund also own an undeveloped plot at Kirichwa Road in Milimani area, Nairobi.
